I tried to delete my account, but only an error code saying services.EmailService.deleteEmail.unknown appears - how can I delete my account? Thanks a lot in advance!

I have deployed some activities on my website and I have "Require Name" selected in my settings. The activity on my website is not requiring anyone to enter their name, so the feature is just not working for me.

Some of the videos in game maps load very slow. Especially when users open the game map for the first time. All videos are compressed. The size of the videos can't be an issue. Any idea?
