Why so hard to upload video Please helpp

Sometime when I upload H5P content I get a red square and no edit button. Can you tell me why?

Hi, I make several deployments to H5P drag & drop activities and include its links in Moodle in october, collecting data on visualizations and points with the insights of Lumi (cloud version). Last month insights were ok, but now the insights are missing. It is a permanent or a temporal missing?

I created an interactive video. I deployed it and embedded it in an online course in the opal platform. Every minute or so, the message "network failure" appears and I have to refresh the page in order to start the video again.

Lumi Desktop Editor should integrate a fail-save way to restore corrupted files.

When I click view, Lumi saves but does not display the project. I've tried this on three browsers, thinking that may be the problem, but it makes no difference. The problem seems to be limited to one file. Wondering if it is corrupted somehow.

Is there any problem with your hosting. Here, in Galicia, Northern Spain, we're having several problems with your website due to a black list problem. Lumi cloud reports: Content type list outdated Your site is having difficulties connecting to H5P.org to check for content type updates. You may not be able to update or install new content types. BTW: Thanks for your great work. Lumi and H5P are great.
