No Scorm can be exported. When exporting h5p from cloud it can not be opened in lumi desktop app. This makes the platform unusable. thanks

My files endlessly sit trying to export to a SCORM file and this is the only type I can upload to my LMS. I checked to see if previous activities that were successful could be exported and these cannot either.

Präsentationen von H5P.com lassen sich in Lumi nicht öffnen. Auch ganze Sets, z.B., Columne, lassen sich nicht öffnen, wenn eine Präsentation drin ist. Gleich wie bei einem Question Set.

Wenn man ein Quiz (Question Set) von H5P.com in Lumi öffnen will, kommt eine Fehlermeldung.

I prepared a detailed lesson plan for my master's thesis, using the trial period to do so. Now that I wanted to incorporate the content into my thesis, I discovered that I can no longer log in. Is this due to the trial period ending, and has my account been deleted? This would be very user-unfriendly, as I would have subscribed once the trial ended. This would be disastrous for me.

Created a two question true/false... and the scorm export hangs at "waiting for worker" and never completes.

I see many bug reports without any comments. How does this bug report system work. Who is taking care of these reports? I would appreciate clarification.
