If it will ever be released then yes. It is at 98% for a very long time and we doubt that it will ever be released: https://h5p.org/oer-hub-coming

Jan Philip Schellenberg: The OER Hub is already functional and has been included in the H5P plugin for Drupal 7 and moodle for quite a while. There's code to add the implementation to the H5P plugin for WordPress, so I don't see why it could not be included in Lumi as well.
