Hotspots in the Game Map activity are completely broken when exporting from Lumi as SCORM. All hotspots appear tiny and misplaced, often stuck in the corner, regardless of how they were sized or positioned in the authoring environment. This happens with every hotspot in the activity.
The activity looks perfect inside Lumi — but once exported and tested in SCORM Cloud, it’s unusable.
This issue has suddenly appeared after weeks of development and testing. I now can't deliver any of the interactive content I’ve spent extensive time building. There’s been no communication or support, despite using a paid account.
Environment (please complete the following information):
OS: Windows 11
Lumi Version: 0.11.0
Export format: SCORM 1.2 (issue also appears in SCORM 2004)
Affected activity: Game Map
To Reproduce
Create a Game Map in Lumi
Set buttonSize to “big” and arrange steps on the map
Export as SCORM
Upload to SCORM Cloud
See that hotspots are now tiny, misaligned, and broken
Expected behavior
Hotspots should retain their correct size and position in the SCORM output — just as they appear in Lumi.
This is extremely frustrating. I’ve spent weeks developing an interactive training module using Game Map — and now I can’t deliver it because of this bug.
Even clean example files exported from H5P behave the same way. This is not a content authoring issue — it’s something breaking in the SCORM export process.
I am using Lumi on a paid license. If Game Map is no longer supported or this isn’t being fixed quickly, I need to know — because I’m running up against deadlines, and this bug is making Lumi unreliable for serious work.
Please address this urgently or offer a workaround.
