Downloads, exports revised

I revised the whole download and export process. With the new process, a few things have changed:

New: Batch download and export:

You can now select multiple files and download them in a batch:

Improved: Further changes:

The downloaded content has no longer the contentId as the filename, but the content's title.

Fixed:

The content is exported on the fly. The download is not as fast but should start immediately.

To be done:

I will add the batch export for SCORM as soon as possible.
