I cannot see where or how to add a new chapter in an interactive book

Showing view problem
I am busy creating an interactive book When I save it and would like to view it, it shows nothing I downloaded the file and imported it into H5P and I could open the view. I am experiencing this on the website and the desktop

Branching Scenario
When I click “Add Content” in an "Interactive Book" to choose “Branching Scenario” from the list of H5P content types, “Branching Scenario” is not available

Metadata Labels Are Not Displayed Correctly
When exporting an H5P file as an All-in-one HTML file with "Show rights" enabled, the metadata labels are shown as technical identifiers (e.g. "client:copyrights" or "client:license") instead of readable labels.
