When uploading an MP4 video to Lumi Education and adding interactive statements and question answers, the process works fine initially. However, upon saving the content to the Lumi Education cloud and attempting to download the SCORM files, the download screen gets stuck at the "processing" stage. The download never completes, causing an issue when trying to retrieve the SCORM package. This prevents further use of the content outside the Lumi Education platform.
